You are so deep into your campaign for Hillary, you will interpret anything that Trump says to make him look bad. Now allow me to take your points one by one...

Obama came to office announcing everything he was going to do and then did it regardless of whether or not it was a bad idea. Well, that's how we got ISIS.

Putin is a great leader for Russia. He is very popular there which is understandable since many Russians pine for the good old days under Stalin.

Special consideration will be given to illegal immigrants if they serve in the military. You disagree with that? Shame on you.

Again, he claims to have a plan and I see no reason not to believe him.

"...still loves Putin..." you're repeating yourself.

"...and will do the same thing that was done since the George W administration." What the hell does that mean. He's going to do the same thing Obama has done? (Remember, "since the George W administration" is the time of Obama). Now you're really tripping over your own feet.

Holy Shyt!! How did I miss you CPT Jack Durish? I feel ashamed.
Well, since I have time...
First, we didn't get ISIS from Obama. ISIS came from terrorists seen as "too extreme" for Al'Qaeda and the Taliban and seeing as how I been to both Iraq and Afghanistan on 5 different occasions, I have a rough idea of what I'm talking about (that and it was kinda my job when I was in)
Second, what other American politician lavishes praise on Putin more than Trump and is it proper for any American politician to support an foreign politician, especially one with the reputation of Putin? Go ahead, find one. I'll wait...
Lastly, when 9-11 occurred George W. allowed anyone that was an illegal immigrant to be a naturalized citizen IF they joined the military (hence the "and will do the same thing that was done since the George W administration")
I know you love sparring with me but I'm looking at this in a different way than you (I know, right?). I'm looking at this from the lens of "Are we going to have another four years of a lame duck Congress because there is another president in office everyone hates?" I get it. You like Trump and that's your right BUT just because I'm willing to question the validity of a Trump presidency, doesn't mean I'm in the tank for Hillary. I'm just willing to ask the questions of a person that doesn't want to be president. He just wants the attention

SSG Michael Hartsfield - I'm not sparring with you. I'm merely leaving notes for others who have the misfortune of falling into your diatribes. This one is particularly misinformed.

First, we did get ISIS from Obama. ISIS arose from the chaos left when Obama withdrew American forces precipitously from Iraq. In the interests of full disclosure, I was opposed to George W's decision to reenter Iraq. Yes, he has legal authority - Sadaam had violated the cease fire agreement. But taking down Iraq was going to remove the counterbalance to Iran. (Which it did) Then attempting to replace a dictatorship with a democracy was going to create a mobocracy (which it did). Still, it was beginning to appear that it might work. People were voting despite physical threats. They displayed their purple thumbs with obvious pride (they vote in greater percentages than Americans). With the Americans there to prop them up they had a chance of creating a stable government that might have influenced other nations in the region. But, when Obama simply pulled us out it all collapsed and ISIS was born.

Secondly, Trump is correct in his assessment of Putin. Putin enjoys great popularity in Russia because he provides the kind of strong handed leadership they want (many still pine for the good old days of Stalin). And Putin apparently respects Trump. Strength always appreciates strength. Putin is completely dismissive of Obama whom he correctly sees as very weak. So, what's wrong with attempting to build a relationship from which the two can negotiate if Trump is elected?

Now familiarize yourself with Jesus Manuel Valenzuela, a Marine fighting for the rights of veterans to remain in America. I'll let their story speak for itself. You way want to rethink you diatribe about veterans being allowed to stay

And no, this is not a "lame duck" Congress. They've been doing a lot of good standing in the way of Obama's disasters. I wish they had done more but am thankful for what they have accomplished.

Ok you are assuming that I didn't support George W.'s decision to allow illegal aliens to be naturalized citizens if they served. Your assumption and your fault for reading too much into it because...well...it's me. Also, I'm still waiting for you to find an American politician that lavishes praise on Putin like Trump. That's not respect but something else involving kneepads and no gag reflex. Also, please show me what our Congress has done that rates being called "a lot of good standing." I can't WAIT to see that 3x5 card of accomplishments.
Oh and here you go. Like I said, it was my job to know this stuff and if you have information that tops the Strategic Studies Division or the Regional Studies Division at Ft Bragg, I'd love to see it. The Wilson Center bit off a lot from their research.

Fact is that GOs serve at the pleasure of the service. Every president in modern history and I'd venture to say since Washington culled the military of senior leaders that didnt support their ideas or agenda. Nothing new or earth shaking here, this administration is attributed with ousting some 60 or so General Officers.

Again, your only answer is deflection since you can't address the point at hand? Is agreeing to disagreeing with Trump's ignorant BS too difficult?

Still defecting instead of commenting on things actually in the thread? What is your opinion on the subject of this thread. Do you agree with that Trump said?
