How far would the $125B found wasted by the DOD go toward this plan? Funny that we have sequester in place and yet, $125B to piss away. Not even taking into account the attempted cover up. If heads do not roll by Jan. 20, hopefully Mattis and Trump will.

Could be SGT (Join to see) , but are we spending it on what we need and spending wisely? I will speak from the AF side- we fly planes that are late 50/ early 60 models and the new ones can't seem to last or stay in flight without some catastrophic issue every few months. Not saying we don't need them- and reading some other responses from people more versed than I on Navy needs leads me to believe we might focus elsewhere. My old younger maintenance guy self would say- why doesn't anybody ask me what we need instead of asking the guy that has sat at a desk or in a meeting for the past 20 years ignoring our real world issues? Elephant in the room- F35.... and I am out...
