it's called negotiating. find someone who has a dictionary and knows how to read (probably a conservative) and have them read the definition to you.
while you're at it, have them read it into the congressional record as well.

Hahaha! In order to negotiate you have to have leverage. Trump and crew hoped the TPP would crumble and those countries be asking us to come back. We clearly saw over the last year that has not been the case. In fact, China's and Russia's trade sphere of influence in that region grew.

Yeah it's called negotiating and Trump administration failed miserably. The TPP community has the leverage. Perhaps you should leave the concept of negotiations to those of us who understand the concept and even employed it as part of the job.
