I'll be interested to see what new black holes open up to consume this sudden influx of funds, should Congress agree to pass this legislation. It seems like a lot of money, until you realize that there is no operational budget for Afghanistan and the acquisition process is a mess.

Talk to me in six months when we are doing another continuing resolution. :-/
