Tucker Carlson's cynicism is maturing, it's a wonderful thing to behold. It almost brings a tear to my eye. Regarding politics:
"I've lost any confidence I ever had in the ability of intellectuals in Washington to make the world stable. They've made it less stable, and now I'm really worried about their judgment, that's my bottom-line assessment... I don't take any of this at face value anymore. I used to." (24:40)
Regarding the anti-Trump media (segment starts at 39:03):
"It's depressing... it's bad! I mean, I've-- I have a lot of friends over at all of these places, you know, nice people. I'll never believe anything they say ever again. Ever. Under any-- about anything. Because they're liars. And it's sad." (44:09)

I was pretty sure you were joking, it was a funny comment. I laughed out loud when I read it.
I'm not of a Russian background, but I did live there for a year, and I have been to Russia and Ukraine several times, so I expect my perspective to be a bit different than others on this site when it comes to Russia.

MSgt Kurt Stover - You are very brave to fly Russian aircraft. I flew on them to Moscow and later to St Pete. I am not sure that all the nuts and bolts landed at the same time as the tires. Wow...the noise made me worried. Maybe it is to encourage more parachuting!
