I have a couple thoughts. Do we have requisite logistics capabilities to support our over the horizon fleets?

The other thought, Does China and Russia have Revolutions in Military Affairs (RMA) that will change our naval tactics and doctrine. I am remiss. The RMA question is applicable to all branches.
