U.S. and Russia sharply divided over Iran missile tests

Kerry thought it was a bottle rocket. The President sold us down the river. Iran didn't like the way it was worded in the treaty so these two discrases changed it so much Iran can do whatever they want. sad part is they could anyway and Obama would do zero.
