"The 9th Circuit has jurisdiction over nine western U.S. states, including California. It is widely viewed as one of the more liberal federal appeals courts." And that is part of the problem. I'm sure the Supreme Court will step in and put them in place. We have the right to bear arms.

The one time the 9th got it right and now they're backsliding. Unless I'm in the woods, it's concealed. A pistol on your hip is a potential bullseye on your back.
