LTC Marc King Maybe you should try getting your information from somewhere other than Hannity and Fox! Shutting the pipeline down does nothing for the US oil or gas. All that pipeline was for was for transportation of crude oil so it could be shipped out of the continent for refinement. Canada has already said they are fine with it! There will be more jobs produced in the US with green energies than what is being lost by the pipeline. Shutting the pipeline down has no affect on our own oil and gas fields and those employed by them. If the pipeline was fully operational it would have less than 2000 employees on its maintenance crew. They can use all those people to dismantle the stupid thing and rework the land back to a semblance of what it was before it was destroyed for the pipeline!
Troops getting out in a parking garage, out of the weather and elements give me a fucking break!!!! Oh wait you were an officer, that’s right you have no real idea of what it’s like to be out in the elements and also dealing with the public!
