Thank God for the Electoral College. Imagine if the President were chosen by popular vote. Look at the map of the US showing the states that went for Clinton and those that went for Trump. The vast majority for Trump. People from three-quarters of the states selected a President to serve them all. Had the popular vote prevailed, they would have been ignored. Their needs and desires ignored. Candidates would campaign only in a few of the most populous cities where Leftist rule have ruined families and scared away meaningful work. Imagine the horror of it.
