The data from Gallop confirms the business conditions we have been experiencing for the past several quarters; increased hiring and increased competition for top candidates. My line of sight is the private sector and while some industries are down (oil / energy) overall business is good. I'd be interested in hearing from others in recruiting / staffing on what they are seeing? Government sector and otherwise. Thanks.
