U.S. grounds Osprey aircraft in Japan after Okinawa crash

An extremely complex aircraft that has had issues from day one. Probably way too early to identify cause of the crash unless it's something very obvious. Osprey has become a workhorse but agree with SGT David A. Groth that it's probably time to conduct a safety inspection of the entire fleet.

Probably need to go thru all of them to find and abnormalities that need to be taken care of.
