Only uninformed Liberal Cretins believe that aid is not being SHIPPED. You are correct that the bottleneck is a lack of transportation on the island. This is NOT rocket science. It involves coordination of supplies shipped one way to Trailer Transfer Points - where they are of loaded to smaller vehicles and shipped to distribution points. A newly minted 2LT could set this up. We did the same thing during Hugo and Katrina. This is Logistics 101 and if there is any blame it is on the morons on the island that are pointing fingers and staying to score political points while Americans are suffering.
