If we don't fare better you can rest assured it will not be any of the policy makers that suffer the consequences. It will be citizens in the cities and towns that get it. All of us as tax payers will pay the bill or it will go into the national debt might be a better way to say it. We spend money we don't have to take care of people that are not ours that, and in some cases, will turn on us and extract a price we will not want to pay in human life.
