My biggest disappointment transitioning to the conventional force is the pace of advancement. Mastery of the basics and consistent successful results achieved through effective realistic and relevant training is really the big difference. Time and money are assets the conventional force doesnt seem to have or want to invest in to sharpen the tip of their spear. Hopefully this video is what the 82nd will look like in 10 years.
