Ahhh memories. The lovely Minuteman missiles. They're the reason I was trudging through the snow & fell into a 10' snow drift because I couldn't tell where the drop off was on the blast door when we were checking a site.

I know these are a Service planned readiness test. However I bet USFK, USPACOM, and USSTRATCOM are happy... it sends the Jonger a pretty clear message that our ICBMs actually work.

MSgt (Join to see) oh, I was pissed. Fresh snow, so all I could really see on site was the light pole & the sensor pole. Walked right off the damned door...lol

I was EMT in the 91st MIMS, 394th SMS and back to 91st OMMS. I know snow and I know Vandyland. This was on the way to Charlie Flight in 1974.
