When the U.S. just approved funding Israel with a $38B military aid package over the next 10 years, and U.S. aid is leveraged against Palestinians, doesn't that make us complicit in terrorisms?

The funding for Israel was approved and put in place by the last administration, were they complicit in terrorism? What I understand is that the Trump administration is asking them to stop rubbing salt into the wounds, it gives publicity to the growth and does incite violence.

Last I checked Israel is not on the list of States that sponsor terrorism, and never has been, so no.

Terrorists... Is some one equating US Finding terrorists ... Like BHO and HRC did to ISIS and the Other Terrorist that began and continued the Arab Spring... or the Hamas and Palestinian authority BHO Paid 228Million $$$ to the Day before he Left office and the continued Payments BHO made to Iran for the Last 9 Months totaling more the 4.5 Billion $$$
