Yeah, I don't know why they said that stuff in the headline. I tried to find a better article. Man was it hard watching her burn.

I know I was surprised to learn she was not still on lease from Incat but I did confirm it with some research that the Navy gave her back in 2012. Still hard to see something you spent so much time on going up in flames.

What kills me is she was just built and we are already leasing her out. Kind of a waste of money one would think. Glad to know we built her to last and she is still afloat.

First we did not build her, we were heavily involved in the building and outfitting, I was the Navy PjM for the buildout then I became the certification officer for the crews when they swapped out. She came off lease then got sold to the UAE by the builder and owner of the ship, Inacat.
