The collection catalogues CIA information on UFOs reported from the late 1940s through the early 1990s, in the United States and around the world.

That's a lot of potential reading -- It's big universe out there nd odds are there's something out there -- That said, I'd rather be the species making 1st contact with the technical superiority.
