Ukraine’s Vice PM Klympush-Tsintsadze urges NATO to join negotiations with Hungary

Perhaps Ukraine wants a chance to build up their own country economically instead of being sucked up by Russia whose efforts are driven by the attempt to salvage their own trampled economy at the expense of the labor and efforts of others who got clear of the Russian system as quickly as possible many years ago.
