SSG Diane R- one of the top posts I have seen in some time. I am not familiar with the writer but he has some interesting information. I sent this to my old S2 to get her feedback. She is from Russia and her father was in the Russian Army. Ukraine is interesting. I'd like to know why the US, Britain, and others did not honor the document they signed with Ukraine for their defense. I think it was the Belgrade or Bulgaria Memorandum but I could be mistaken.
