I've been using a Quentin Defense tune-able muzzle brake for a few years now. It has set-screws that can be added/removed to change how the gasses push against the recoil.

It looks like it will piss the guys next to you off. Most of these styles do though. I may try one, SGT (Join to see). I get a gunsmith discount through Brownells.
