I wonder how long it took them to spend Ted Turner's money. Seriously they need to have two classes of U.N. Member. The established Democracies should be the only ones that can vote on specific items within the confines of the U.N. Since it is really the Western Democracies paying for the majority of the budget of the U.N.

May they disappear like a whimper in the night...
