I say it's not bad for fifty. And how can he only be fifty I remember watching him in the 80s.

He's rack pulling! Do you know what that is? His form is fine. You don't need much knee bend in a rack pull, that's the point of the movement, you are suppose to overload...it's the same concept as a box squat...unless you powerlift...don't put out bad gouge and opinions on what you think is the correct form. His back was straight through out the movement. And at overloading the bar for a 1rm its ok to have some form to be off...how else are you going to set a 1rm? But what do I know....just 15 years in sports rehab and exercise science...
