I just found this yesterday, it just started recently, I'd gathered, it's an apparently essentially free grad level clinical certificate program in preventive !ed from USUHS, they don't have the MPH online yet or the PhD, however, for those of you interested in such freebies, apparently, it's got rolling year round admission, also, you'd need to petition, however, if you've done serious grad level coursework, the GREs can be waived, it's obv intended for those with clinical backgrounds, for the most part, of course, however, still, I figured you all might possibly find it of interest, in any event, you know? I also just learned, unfortunately, and am adding this after the fact by way of correction, it's evidently only intended and/or allowed for military, no civilians, purely active duty, Guard, and/or Reserve, however, I gather it's being virtually deluged with applicants, so, clearly, it's in very high demand. Given all that, I went back and looked at what's open for civilians, I gather only three M.S. and/or Ph.D. programs, possibly four are, or might be, emerging infectious diseases (EID), molecular and cell bio (MCB), and neuroscience; there's also a Ph.D. program, M.S. I don't know about in clinical psychology, however, that obviously needs, I'd expect, serious psych background as prior training, in whatever fashion. Sorry for the gaffe about the certificate shown here in the link, it does exist, I just hadn't seen the military-only mention on the site, when I'd looked through it, I'd sent other corrections about that in below, I'd just also mentioned I was going to fix what I'd sent in here, as well....
