CPO Tim Dickey Not to sound heartless but when have civilians not been casualties in war (conflict)?

CPT (Join to see), civilians will always be war casualties. I find it interesting how Reuters gets this published in RT, but you won't see it splashed across most of our national news outlets.

CPO Tim Dickey - It is interesting. Not meaning to sound heartless but this is something I've thought about recently. The enemy places itself inside the civilian population and utilizes protected sites (mosques, historic sights, and hospitals ), making it all but impossible to engage them without having civilian casualties. They have used this strategy to protect themselves while they behead prisoners and commit other atrocities on the population. While we are wringing our hands and worrying over killing a few they are killing hundreds.
