A new US-EU trade deal, averts a trade war, lowering tariffs between two large markets. The EU agreed to purchase more US soybeans and US Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), among other products. The US withdrew it's threat to impose a 25% tariff on European auto imports.

...and that's how we should have been negotiating from the beginning, before we squandered billions and billions in trade deficits. Now, I'd like to see a new trade agreement. You want access to American markets, ship your goods to America on American-flagged ships.
