Now that Trump is in the White House all the countries now something is going to happen making deals with each other and trying to distance themselves from us.

The US trade deficit with Mexico was 55.6 billion in 2016. Meanwhile, the article worries about 3.7 billion. Either way, Mexico is coming out billions ahead. And of course there's the billions spent on illegal drugs that the cartels ship here. I suppose if you added that they would probably have a few billion more on us.
