US Military Overlooks Sex Abuse Among Kids, Investigation Finds

This needs to be fixed ASAP. I am in the process of re-enlistment to AD and I have a 2 year old boy. This scares me.

Duke Law School has an extensive publication on the subject of Jurisdiction of the UCMJ, and it becomes even more complicated when civilian/military crimes occur OCONUS. Then SOFAs come into play. I doubt this will be resolved in the short term.
