So the Russians (and Iranians) are going to allow the US and allies to come in and lay siege to Raqqa? Isn't that also an "act of war?" What if Russia convinces Assad to tell the US to leave Syria?
Russia/Syria/Iran have said that any more crossing of "red lines" will result in repercussions. With the Russian Navy now in the Med and Iran controlling half of the Strait of Hormuz, do we continue to poke them with a sharp stick?
