US Navy puzzled by recent behavior of Iranian attack boats

I have no special insight or knowledge but you can't evaluate this incident (or incidents like it) independent of other circumstances, for example, civilian unrest in Iran. What better way to bring everyone back into the "fold" than to provoke an incident with the Americans and escalate it in the minds of the people as being on the verge of war

Need to use the Iranian drones as target practice.
