Part of me wonders if all of these 'rogue' nations are acting up because there has been a lack of a strong voice for the better part of a decade warning them against acts of douchery. Time will tell, but the deterrence factor hasn't been really in play with our defense outside of Russia & China, the other 'mutually-assured destruction' powers
