I wouldn't call it a "revised" version. He simply tweaks it on the edges with a few amendments aimed at appeasing the far right (Cruz, Lee, Paul, etc.) and the moderates (Capito, Collins, Heller, Portman, etc.). It's basically the same plan though. It's still a bad plan that makes no coherent sense, and has little public support. In my opinion, this isn't a health reform plan. It's nothing more than a vessel for tax cuts, wrapped up in a "health reform" packaging.
