Long standing issue in the reserve components. But, we will pay for sexual reassignment now so what gives?

Regardless of whether he's part of the active component or reserve component, he was considered on active duty status during his drill period. So therefore, it should be covered.

If it was during an APFT they should cover all the bills. Thats just not right.
