USS Constitution Returns to Boston's Waters After Repairs

LTC Ivan Raiklin, Esq. She was still a thing of beauty even in dry dock. We visited her last fall. They had the tourist thing going where a donation allowed you to engrave a message on a copper plate that was going onto the hull. So of course we had to do it. I am glad she is back in the water.

Had an opportunity to tour her with a crew member. She took us down into the dry dock for a very interesting look at "America's Ship of State"

I'll definately take this in this summer. Can't wait to see her!
