USS Iowa: First Came the Explosion, Then the Cover-Up

Last Friday, April 19th, was the 30th Anniversary of the explosion aboard my ship, the USS Iowa (BB-61). I was at the ship with my brothers who also were aboard that fateful day. We laugh, cried and reminisced. Most of all many of us began to heal from the tragedy of that day and its aftermath.
