VA Discloses Ratings Of Its 146 Medical Centers

I'm in Dallas and have mixed feelings about this - I'm satisfied for the most part, but there is no doubt that there is room for improvement

I am not happy with the Dallas VA at all the employees are rude and lazy I been going since 2004 on and off and the Doctors are burn out

Thank you for the ratings share by the VA. Didn't notice anything about Michigan.
