SSgt Ray Stone I read this article, which interested me very much. Without becoming too in depth, CLT, PE, meditation, transcendental meditation had been very successful in people I know. In fact,vi still apply the principles to my life eighteen years later. Now, I was not boots on the ground in the heat of battle, so the discussion that alludes to a more up close and personal witness or experience with the fallout of combat may need a more scientific approach with many veterans. But, the other schools of thought that work should not be discounted. I believe the numbers should include the evidence based successes and the degree of trauma they have successes with. The article says it should not be one for all. So considering people that respond to less scientific schools if treatment should remain a valuable resource.

SSgt Ray Stone the article reads to me that another party has done research to discount the DOD and VAs support of meditation as it not being effective. The VA has given much support to CzpT, PE, Meditation.

No kidding.
Honestly, I just want things that work, cost be damned. It might be cheaper to have focus groups and medications, but these are lives we are dealing with here.

God would help who ever calls on the Name of the Lord. Jesus Christ said, “Peace I leave with you, my Peace I give to you. Do not allow your Hearts to be troubled, neither be afraid.”
He delivered me from many emotional / mental distresses that I’m convinced human “professionals” couldn’t have done the same. Best of all, His counseling available 24/7, anywhere, anytime. Alone.
