VA Facility Is Blaming Staff After Leaving Dead Vet's Body Unattended For 9 Hours In The Shower

Ok so I just came across this one from Dec 2016, I don't remember it being posted to RP so thought I would share.
With the press fixated on taking down Trump this got very little coverage, sadly no one seems to care about Vets beyond the yearly Parade or a Photo op. Why are we paying 6 figures to people at the VA but they are not staffed well enough to make a phone call? Or be trained to follow the proper procedures?
I am having an issue America, I love what it stood for I love the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, I love the American Dream.... But I hate the people that have infected America with a false narrative that Americans must suffer for the betterment of others. Why should Vets suffer while Illegals get free Healthcare, Welfare, Housing? Why are we soo worried about the betterment of people in this Nation who scream about their due, and their rights who have NEVER contributed to the Betterment of the Nation?
I will always say Vets first, if you come to America and you sign on the line I will stand next to you and call you Brother or Sister, I will fight for your American rights since you are willing to Fight for America, But everyone else, from the dead beats born here to the Illegals crossing the border I will appose on a fundamental basis, they are the dregs of America and should be left in the gutter. So long as our Brothers and Sisters are left suffering.

As far as Washington is concerned, once we take off the uniform we are nothing but a nuisance to them. We no longer serve at their beck and call and can not be used as cannon fodder. Unfortunately, they know nothing of Loyalty, Honor, and Love of Country. Even a country that would spit on us. Ask the "Windtalkers" from WWII. The Government still treats the Native American Tribes as a nuisance instead of a revered elder.

The press covered it when it happened. They weren't fixated on taking down Trump; this was a month before he took office. There was a thread about this on RP. Illegal immigrants don't get free healthcare, welfare and housing.

Some articles on that, and they have been trying to Take down Trump since he became a serious contender. While I know legally Illegals are not allowed to receive those benefits I also know that they still get them.

If illegals had free healthcare, wouldn't vets also have it? why do people keep buying this narrative that immigrants are the cause of all problems? we spent HUGE amounts of money on perpetual war, and veterans are NOT a part of that slice.

Illegals don't legally get free healthcare, they use fake ID's they go to emergency rooms and then give fake billing info or skip out on the bill. I'm not saying legal citizens don't do the same but that's a different matter. Illegals come to America have a kid then use that kid to establish residency. The parent cant legally work but the child is by definition an American. So they get benefits which the parents live off of. Before you comment understand I come from Rural ID land of Potato farms and Migrant workers. I have seen this first hand. They know how to play our system and their is a whole cottage industry that revolves around this 'scam" for lack of a better word.
As for Vets we all have Healthcare... it just sucks. The VA is murdering us as fast as they can through incompetence and neglect. Think back or look back on RP at all the VA scandals where VETS are killed throw incompetence by the VA the death lists, the appointment rescheduling, how about the Vet that just won in court because the VA didn't bother to do a proper follow up or exam on a man that now has terminal colon cancer. He will die from something that was treatable had they done their jobs a year ago. 100% negligent homicide, it should have been a criminal case.
I see Illegals protesting our President burning the American flag and waving the Mexican flag, if Mexico was so dam good then get on the bus go back there, as they say GTFO! I am 100% for LEGAL Immigration, but assimilate into our culture follow our laws and above all enter legally. As for America if someone serves they dam well better be getting support than Illegals and refugees.
