Yeah, we were lectured on similar things when I'd been clinical training before my total perm disability, patients that "clinician shop", to get scrips, going from one clinical office to another...there was also this thing we were told about, surgical addiction, weird though that might sound, that was similar...a couple of times, while I'd been a resident, I had a couple of the prescription shoppers, I'd had to tell my attending for them to deal with them, obviously, as it clearly wasn't my place, certainly...I'd been taught what to look for in such supposed patients, so I told various attending running clinic on days when such yo-yos would show up, they'd deal with them, obviously....
