The VA just announced that if you’re sent to see a doctor outside the VA for any of 30 common health problems, you can now get up to 12 months of care without having to get permission again and again. This means less hassle and more time to focus on your health.

Some of the covered areas include heart care, skin issues, hormone problems, mental health, cancer care, bone and joint problems, pain treatment, and more.

VA Secretary Doug Collins said, “No Veteran should have their health care held up by paperwork.”
