Not sure if anybody else out here is stuck with a mortgage they're not happy with but I wanted to pass this along, I actually went through federal savings bank but their website provided nothing on it, let this be a good starting point.
I've actually done 2 stream lines on my current home as they keep offering lower rates, dropped 1.625% to 3% flat in a year and they credited back all the finance fees.

Absolutely! They've done very well by me, I don't care who y'all use but that va stream line is legit, and rates are super low right now
