So this cabby was practically under where the shooter was at the cab stand. He drives out exposing himself to the shooter. And then back under cover again. I think she captured the report of almost every round fired in her video. She then drives back out under where the shots traveled from the hotel to the festival. Then you can see people scaling the perimeter fence.
I lived in Vegas for 22 years. After 9/11 I was sure that it was only a matter of time before something like this happened on the strip.

It appeared that he started recording when he heard the firing start. People now grow up recording everything, so it doesn't surprise me that someone would decide to record this.
