Vegetable Oils Continue to Poison Americans

Vegetable oil is worse than butter.
Biofuel, Paint Industry

Olive oil & Coconut Oil are much better options.
The Omega fatty acid profile is critical.

Living in the Information Age has its pros and cons.

Yea, we tried telling friends that years ago. We use real butter, olive and grape seed oils, sometimes sesame oil and a few others. Have done so for a decade or more now. Well, butter for the last 3 decades - because - butter!
