Personally, I'd like to see the US govt organize some sort of OAS military intervention. Possibly led by Colombia... Brazil? Regardless, this is a South American problem. The South Americans can deal with it.

Your correct, but it can be our problem soon. I worked down in SOUTHCOM AOR, on a CA/HA and counter drug Task Force. The problem would be Colombia, they are just now getting their country back. Brazil is also going broke, and have problems with leftist, than you have Nicaragua, who might help them out, and they are Leftist. This will be our problem, the other thing think about the US border. This will be ours and Mexico's problem, that is where I would start with Mexico and Colombia.
