Veteran Claim Records Discovered In Storage

Wow! Just wow! I'm glad I don't live in Virginia but that is just one more travesty heaped upon our nation's veterans. I truly hope that none of these applications belong to a veteran who critically needs (or needed and has now passed on) medical care and couldn't afford it. I could see the potential for manslaughter and/or depraved indifference charges if any applicants whose records are were in those boxes have passed away...

How can I find out if any of my claim records was in that storage?
