VETERAN COLUMN: VA offers new tool to bring care closer to veterans

Breaking news: every federal government employee can immediately be fired for having non satisfactory performance, then all care at the Vimmediately becomes better. It's not rocket science folks.

Been hearing about this for about 2 years now. Hoping to get to offer this soon. It will be awesome if they ever get the VA firewall and privacy issues figured out so I can video connect with a veteran in their home and talk about their hearing aid issues, then make adjustments to their hearing aids, and they can download those changes to their hearing aids from the cloud and try them. Can’t wait!
