Some of the comments are fairly angry. They are talking about LTC Ivan Raiklin, Esq. is a plant by the Democratic party to ruin the chances of the GOP candidate.
Considering the state, it might be better to wait until he has the nomination to run, but continue with the lawsuit. There is always something to consider that making a public stink over something like this could either help the opposing party win or kill your own career.
There was a situation similar years ago in which Cochran supposedly used some dirty campaign tactics to win in Mississippi:
