Great points. Many guys can barely get ACAP/SFL-TAP completed before ETS because Commands don't care. I got crap while attending additional SFL-TAP courses. A great option would be to create some computer-based training courses that may be accessible through the individual computer or supported by an Army program - Skillport, ALMS, Blackboard, etc.

SGT (Join to see) - School, certifications and persistence my friend. It took a couple of years after I got out but I made it. Dont be afraid to start from the bottom all over again (trust me, I did.)
