This is real big issue effecting many of my Battle buddies me as reservist so far have not encountered problems. I do know that many of my friends are fighting to get fair treatment because they need to constantly fight to justify their employment as well as constantly have to fight with their employers to go to any Army schooling like Air Assault or pathfinder.

It's one of the unique problems the National Guard and Reserve components have that active duty will never experience thank God because it gets pretty messy I have heard of folk getting passed over for promotion because employers can't rely on them to be around because their National Guard or Reserve obligations. I hope more employers can be understanding and supportive of our Reservist and Guardsmen.
